Mark formed Foster Net Lease in 2023 shortly after relocating from Florida to his hometown of Green Bay, Wisconsin. Mark's commercial real estate brokerage career has spanned three decades, in which he started off by specializing in landlord and tenant representation for retail and office clients. Mark's career would later evolve into representing clients with acquisitions, dispositions, and development of net lease investments, shopping centers, multifamily properties, and raw land. Mark’s commercial real estate brokerage career began in 2003 when he joined NDC Asset Management in Bradenton, Florida. During his 20-year career with NDC, Mark brokered numerous transactions involving national tenants such as CVS, Dollar General, Advance Auto Parts, MedExpress, Heartland Dental, SunTrust Bank, Northern Trust, Winn Dixie, and Dunkin’ Brands. Mark is a licensed real estate broker for the states of Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Colorado.
